What a spread we had! Thank you @Burpple for the awesome dinner and keeping us well fed as always~

My favourite on our table was their signature Hae Zor (Prawn roll). Much like ngoh hiang but with the added fragrance of prawn paste, Lai Huat's rendition was two-thumbs up. Served hot and crispy with a side of sweet sauce, the yummy fried parcels were very well-executed. Not too greasy and the crispy skin was too good to pass up.
