Located on the 3rd floor of @jewelchangiairport , the restaurant is a spacious contemporary 112 seater offering their in-house specialities, small bites, traditional boiled soup, meat, live prawn, long dun fish, live patin fish, claypot, tofu, rice & noodles and vegetables! 🤤
(Must try!) Their Long Dun fish soup with mustard vegetables is definitely slurp-worthy served boiling hot! FYI: Long Dun is prized for its high collagen content! 😍 Also, Samsui chicken roll made from fresh boneless chicken thigh meat, handmade daily paired with ginger sauce and lettuce is silky smooth and tender.
(Must share!) Crispy white bait, a crispy crackling small bites with hinge of savoury bitter taste.
(Must order!) My favourite of all is their speciality: samsui braised seafood bee hoon, "Prepared a la minute. Redolent of the breath of the wok,
the bee hoon is also permeated with the umami and sweet flavours of pristine seafood such as prawns and scallops." As per described on menu, highly recommended to order this! 😋
