First mouth and it was good, but this seemed to abide the rule of diminishing returns somehow. Salted egg yolk sauce was a tad too creamy for my liking, especially since it gets a little sweet after a while; would really love it if they could cook it with less cream and drier so it contains more flavour and sticks onto the calamari rather than being coated on top. Squid was unfortunately a tad rubbery; seemed like as if they fry them in batches and leave them lying around while waiting for orders for they arrived in a lukewarm temperature.
