Wanna know why?
Let's start with the base. It's @tamoyasg's very own house-made red miso soup that boasts an umami flavour which is oh so hearty! π .
Next, we have the tender beef slices which have a good ratio of fats to meat. As always, the udon here is a delight too with its silky yet chewy texture! So slurplicious! π² .
And the happiest moment of my experience here? In terms of visual pleasure, it's watching the onsen tamago π³ getting poked by the chopsticks and oozing golden yolky goodness all over the bowl of udon π And of course the ultimate pleasure would be to finally dig in and enjoy this oishii bowl. Itadakimasu!!! π€ .
