Not many places I know in SG serves up rosti besides Marche and really delighter to have tried @Oberstrassesg which specializes in Rosti. The Farmer’s Rosti was housemade, crispy on the outer layer with a nice golden brown and moist inside and served with a light sour cream. The 2 sunny side up topped on the Rosti was a nice inclusion as the soft yolk added that umami punch to the rosti. Also loved that jumbo and super juicy veal bratwurst which was enough to go around with every mouthful of rosti. Starting my day off here really made me happy! Also to note is that everything on the menu is at wallet friendly prices!
