If you are, then like me, you will tend to gravitate towards ordering the same thing again and again. At Cake Spade, though they might have a selection of different cakes, the one that appeals to me most is still the Strawberry Tofu Cheesecake which never fails to make it to the table during each visit. The bottom layer starts off with a base of biscuit crumbs before a hardened cheesecake forms the middle. To top if all off, a strawberry jelly adds the finishing touch. It might seem weird at first like how can jelly be paired with cheesecake but food works wonders and true enough, every layer and texture complement with one another perfectly.
