Ah ok so I've hated on their tasteless carbonara at Lino before, but people have been talking about how good their buratta pizza is so I returned to try it.

Indeed, this pizza is quite a delight. Even with the large globule of cheese in the middle, I'd describe it's flavour with one word: clean. The pizza crust is incredibly thin and the tomato sauce and cherry tomatoes are refreshing. The creamy buratta and pesto presents a rich dimension to the pizza without leaving much oiliness in your mouth.
