Wild Rice, also known as water oat, is a type of whole grain ( Approved and endorsed by the Whole Grains Council, May 2004). It was more difficult to digest than the usual white rice and takes more chewing. I chewed till my jaw was tired, but it tasted quite flavourful. The chicken 🐓 was cooked in sous vide style, looked pinkish but quite tender.
