Mala beehoon made its debut on Aug 1st. The foundation of the gravy is the same as the white beehoon. Whole peppercorns are quite evident so if you do bite into it, expect an explosion of numbing heat. Tongue lashing spicyness with a hint of seafoody sweetness. The more you delve into it, it tickles and tingles the tastebuds for more.
