🤔: Second time having this dish and my bad impression of it immediately disappeared. The first time I had it, it was dry and oily and so so so tough to chew. This time round, it was fried to perfection, crispy on the outside and yet not too dry. The garlic in the dish were really well fried too and gave off an aromatic smell. Definitely understand why this dish is a must-get!
