The poached eggs were over cooked, the yolk did not oozed out as what I was hoping for. Smoked salmon was overly salty even when eaten with the brioche and eggs. I find the dish too pricey given the quality. However, that being said, the quality might have been compromised today only. Made affordable w entertainer 1 for 1
