School’s out, food’s in! Here’s my first attempt at gong gong [just love saying it out] a.k.a. sea snails. It was great fun, trying to tug the meat out of the shells and yes, I did put in some effort to yank out all of it on my own. The prized meat was exceptionally fleshy and chewy too!
