i'm very impressed! of cos, my favorite was the dessert - Orh Nee (Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts & Wolfberries). the texture was amazing but the downside (for me) is that it wasn't sweet at all so i'm now going to rummage through my foodstock for something really sweet 😝 - 1️⃣Hairy Mushrooms in Sze Chuan Sauce 2️⃣Claypot Brinjal 3️⃣Spinach w 'Abalone' 4️⃣Kailan in Bamboo Pith 5️⃣Yam Ring w Mixed Vegetables 6️⃣Yam Paste w Gingko Nuts
