This is mirror glazed apple caramel, double dark chocolate mousse with hazelnut crispy praline, smoked chocolate crumble, white chocolate snow, popping candy, white chocolate ball filled with raspberry sauce, crispy brownie and chocolate rocks. It’s really pretty and it tastes good too. The large variety of ingredients was great because it allowed me to enjoy the dessert without getting sick of it easily. The best part was that it’s not overly sweet too!
