We were quite amused by the dish as the pasta was shaped like thick fat Maggi mee. With their secret pepper mix, every bite packs a peppery punch with a light truffle taste. It was nice but we felt that the pepper could be toned down since it sort of overpowered both the truffle and the cheese. That being said, the pasta texture was good and Al dente. We would definitely get some add ons for the pasta next time if we were to get this again as it tasted a bit monotonous after a while. For $22.90, we think that there are definitely better pasta out there (that we don't need to add on ingredients), but with burrple beyond, it's definitely worth a try! But a plus point is that there's no service charge. Note that this place is popular and pretty small and reservations are highly recommended.
