So named as it is made up of three types of meat - pork sausage, minced meat and pork meatballs on a bed of slippery soft thin kway teow (flat rice noodles). Available in dry or soup, but I like it all tossed dry in a dark sauce base. Even better if it has specks of crunchy pork lard in it, as this one was.
