As for the mains, we were first presented with a hunky dish of Steamed Marble Goby with Green Tea Beancurd in Sun-dried Turnip Sauce. The tender flaky fish was perfectly executed and matched harmoniously with the aromatics from the turnip sauce which served to highlight the freshness of the catch. Not to be ignored, the silky-soft Green Tea Beancurd had that extra depth due to the hint of herbaceous taste and went superbly with the briny bits of tobiko on top.
