This resto by Michelin-starred chef Alvin Leung prides itself on its "extreme Chinese" dishes, with a speciality in duck. This was easily our favourite on the menu. The duck meat is supple and yet retains its robust flavour, and without the gamey smell that duck meat is prone to. Awesome to have as is.
