I was on a mission to sample all Japanese souffle cheesecake from popular japanese bakery and cafe across the island and tadaaa...Flor's version stands out the most in terms of taste, texture and overall presentation.

Soft cottony chiffon cake layered with some light whipped cream studded with ichigo bits which they claim to be imported from Japan. The taste is bursting with ichigo elements in every bite. Not cloying at all which I appreciate from its excellent balance of souffle and cream ratio.
