The Assembly Ground has recently launched new items on their menu and one of the new dish that I really enjoyed is the Slipper Lobster Barramundi Laksa. Both the slipper lobster and barramundi are fresh, while the gravy is rich and aromatic. Love the addition of fried wonton strips too, which adds a nice textural play to the dish! I highly recommend this znged up version of our local favourite laksa dish!
