While the rice rolls may be the highlight here, their variant of the Hong Kong-style Dumpling Noodles is probably my favourite item of the two. Noodles are springy whilst not carrying any undesirable alkaline flavour — the noodles being tossed in a largely sweet yet savoury sauce that gives it ample flavour. Dumplings were generally well-filled with meat fillings, though the skin may be a little bit on the thicker side.
