Visited this new bar at CHIJMES which serves craft beer on tap with a ultra-hipster interior; pretty impressed by the Tom Yum Gyoza here which is served fried. Featuring a creamy Tom Yum sauce, the fried Gyoza comes crisp and well-filled with meat while the creamy Tom Yum sauce provides a coconut-y, tangy note that is pretty addictive — squeeze in the Key Lime on the side for a bit more zest. A great item to pair with the wide array of craft beers available here.
