It’s great to see less familiar but still very much traditional dishes on this Russian restaurant’s menu. For the more adventurous diners, you won’t regret trying their chicken jelly terrine. As weird as it may sound, the tender shredded chicken ensconced in wobbly, effervescent jelly was light and clean on the palate, even more so with a healthy squeeze of lemon.
