Steps to DIY your salad:
1. Choose your size : Petit, Medium or Grand.
2. Next select your base, mains, supplementary items and protein to build up your salad.
3. Lastly, pick your preferred dressing.

Voila! Here is my masterpiece!
Base: romaine lettuce
Main: grilled mushrooms, chickpea, roasted cauliflower, steamed broccoli
Supplementary: grilled eggplant
Protein: teriyaki chicken
Dressing: goodness green
