Opted for medium rare, and the homemade US patty was perfectly pink (how we like it) and juicy. Paired with melted cheddar, chipotle BBQ sauce (savory without overpowering the natural meaty flavours), crunchy lettuce, and tomato. The accompanying waffle fries were lightly seasoned and ultra crisp which while some of us enjoyed, others found it a tad too hard.
