Seared Scallop & Prawn Linguine ($28) is infused in a orangey prawn bisque sauce and came elegantly displayed. A dish which is hard to not love at first sight especially if you love seafood. The prawns and scallops are fresh and yummy but the sauce is not on the creamy side like what one would expect from a traditional bisque but rather on the thin watery side which packs the powerful punch of the unami flavour of prawns.
