Their alfredo sauce is still one of my favourites and with my go-to add-on of Black Truffle Pate (+$3). The distinct fragrance and earthy taste of the paste working brilliantly with the cheesy white sauce, giving the dish an indulgent boost. The thick slices of Smoked Duck Breast (+$4.50) also providing that extra dose of savouriness and heartiness to the pasta. What’s more, the campanelle was ideal for catching all the lovely sauce in its ridges!
