I regret not ordering more of these. Seems like the dim sum here has a freshness that's lacking from other places. I usually eat my siew mai together with rice or congee, but this was so good on its own. The sauce given is something like a sweet chilli mixed with chilli oil, though I prefer a sambal type of dip.
