We heard about Bacha Coffee's famed croissants and we decided that we gotta try them for breakfast today! First, do note that you have to order at least two croissants but this should not be an issue even if you are dining alone, because their croissants are not very big. Second, you can mix and match flavours and this was exactly what we did - we got the pistachio and raspberry flavours today.

Bacha's croissants are really buttery and crispy so that is a major selling point. Furthermore, their croissants are have empty pockets underneath their exterior so you won't be able to get full from them easily and this means you can try more flavours too! The croissants appear to be glazed with a coloured layer related to the flavour that you are ordering to add further visual appeal. However, we thought the pistachio flavour could be stronger as the pistachio flavour could only be tasted near the middle, where there were some ground pistachio nuts added to the croissant. Moving on to the other croissant, the raspberry flavour was stronger as there was raspberry paste mixed into the pastry but the taste of cinnamon was kinda non-existent. Thankfully for us, the croissants on their own were awesome! It is likely that we will go for their kaya croissants next time as it appears to be the only flavour with actual filling in the croissant and the actual kaya paste used was really satisfying.

Lastly, do be prepared to queue to enter Bacha as the cafe is notoriously popular on weekends! Otherwise, you can be like us and take leave to visit the cafe on a Monday morning, where we got a table without any issues!
