From starter to snacks to mains to desserts. Enjoyed each course. A rousing applause for this bright and vibrant yuzu creme brulee. Crisp caramelization blanketed a soft and slightly firm custardy texture below. The tangy yuzu and the light sweetness wowed me till the last bit. #dessertgasm
