Think a pillowy bun, coupled with the wonderful aroma of herbs, and sprinkled with a little cheese on top- this bun was surprisingly reminiscent of a pizza!

When I sunk my teeth into the bun, boy was I surprised! The texture was chewy albeit its density, and the aroma of herbs took over my senses immediately! I toasted the bun for a few minutes (which I highly recommend you to) so the exterior was abit crusty, giving a nice contrast to the chewy bun underneath. In the taste profile, the bun could pass off as a pizza minus all the tomatoes, mozzarella, and pizza toppings, and was more filling than your average bun (due to its size and density).

It may not be the most eye-catching bread among their plethora of baked goodies, but you should check this out if you are there. Its my first time trying their bread, and definitely not the last!
