The pork is juicy, succulent and almost melts in your mouth. While the skin is crispy and crumbly, almost like the cantonese version of crispy roast pork.

The mustard puree enhanced from the regular dijon mustard serve in Chinese restaurant here. While the tangy pickle daikon and balsamic baby onion gave this dish the OMPH factor and cuts through the "jelakness" of the pork. Yum yum.
