One of the restaurant's signature dishes: the egg that changes its composition and execution regularly. In this case, it came in a basket with smoke billowing from within. The server took the egg and served it on the plate to complete the dish. I love the varying flavors and textures together...hints of smoked fresh rosemary tea...nice and creamy and highly umami from the cheese. Define tell one of the dishes to fall in love with.
