Today’s selection are sourdough slices and mini garlic and olive bun made in-house. The mini bun is serve warm, soft and fluffy. Nice subtle olive and garlic fragance from the bread that pairs it nicely with the truffle butter on the side. The truffle was freshly grind and mix into the butter instead of using truffle oil which gives a butter fragance and stronger truffle taste and smell. Sourdough slices are soft and hearty too.
