As the name suggests, this egg fried rice was full of wok hei flavour and fragrance, freshly prepared and fried on a wok upon order (swipe to the end to view). The egg fried rice comes with your choice of grilled chicken, beef or seasoned prawns and also optional additional toppings as well. In addition, u can opt for a switch to brown rice at no additional cost! ✌🏻The fried rice was cooked with 2 eggs incorporated within, along with garnishes of spring onions, sprinkles of salt (recalling from my observation as I witness the open kitchen concept), resulting in a full-bodied wok hei flavour and aroma. The prawns were fresh, plump and well seasoned, along with crunchy broccoli and shreds of stir fried egg, the side of chilli was an optional condiment which I certainly did not regret getting and wished I had requested for more! ✨ It came with a tinge of spice and aroma that was certainly a great complement to the egg fried rice. Though the wait can be a little long as each order if freshly prepared on the spot, but hey, you can always spend the waiting time witnessing the open kitchen concept that’s pretty cool IMO! 😎
