After 11am, I would recommend diving straight for their Risotto di Mare ($29) off their lunch/dinner menu. Think comfort food with risotto cooked in a rich lobster bisque, mussels, clams and prawns. Not too firm or mushy, the plump arborio rice really managed to soak up all that complex seafood-y flavours. The ingredients themselves also tasted fresh and sweet - working perfectly with the earthy, savoury and tanginess of the broth.
