Spot the tapas in nostalgic Tingkats (tiered Chinese lunchbox), brought back beautiful memories from the times where food are packed in tingkat in Singapore. Besides the Signature tapas, you can also expect mains, desserts and handcrafted cocktails. My favourite main go to Cartafata with Thai yellow fried rice as a side. Fresh seafood with spices like lemongrass all wrapped in a bag. It is prepared similarly to sous vide style. All flavours are sealed in the bag while the seafood remains tender and flavourful. 😋 Some of the must try tapas at Scissors Paper Stove will be Indian Lamb Kebab and Beef Skewers tapas. The kebab had a meltingly tender texture and a good amount of flavour with crunch from the lantern chilli and onions. The beef skewers are well-marinated and grilled to perfection and come with Thai style homemade chilli sauce. 😋
