Flaky on the outside but relatively firm and hefty in the centre, topped with sesame seeds. The sweet mung bean paste was thick and decadent.

• Salty Tau Sar Piah (S$0.80)
Same flaky skin with a perfect golden brown char for crunch, w/out any seasame seeds on top. The mung bean paste was well seasoned and complemented the pastry skin. A little savouriness made it more appetizing !
