Tried the salmon rice bowl with the burpple one for one offer (along with the truffle shimeji mushroom pasta).

Never have I seen salmon that's so deep fried. It is by no means that horrible - surprisingly the salmon was still tender and moist inside and not stripped of all moisture during the frying process.

Nevertheless, this dish would have been much more palatable if the salmon was not this deep fried.
