The very thin “meepok” was cooked al dente and tossed in a light “Hakka sauce” (that’s all they would say about it #tradesecrets).
Although pale in colour, there was no lack in flavour as the strands of noodles seemed to have an invisible coating of tastiness. The minced pork went very well with the “meepok” too.
Definitely a must-try if you like noodles. Especially since it costs only $3+.
