These pastries are from Brotherbird Milk & Croissants, an extension of their original outlet, and it is a bakehouse/milkbar operating on a takeaway basis for their mochi croissants and soft serves. For their bakes, as they do them on a small batch basis, you have to reserve prior to going down as it sells out pretty quickly everyday.
