We started off wth Osteria Art Tris, made up of Crab Salad, Scallops Carpaccio and Tuna Tartare. The crab salad was sprinkled with salmon roe, and the chunky fresh crabmeat was sweetly contrasted with the savory roes bursting in your mouth with every bite.
The thinly sliced scallops carpaccio were doused with generous amount of caviar, a complex pairing yet adding on a subtle aroma.
Tuna Tartare was fresh, but had a weird bitter aftertaste.
Do consider their festive menu till 30 December 2015 at only $98+ because their service level was way beyond fantastic. At such a price (where most places will ‘hammer’ you during this season) for festive menu and their exquisite ambience, I am more than willing to visit them again!
