🌟 Jasmine Roast Duck (Half ~ S$25.00) 🌟 The duck is infused with jasmine tea during the roasting process.  As tea contains tannins which act as a natural tenderiser, the resulting meat is succulent, easy to chew and carries a hint of floral flavour.  It is certainly a scrumptious dish that goes perfectly well with a piping hot bowl of rice.

Good roast pork but stick to the char siew!
Char Siew good!
With a revamped menu comes new and innovative dishes, such as the Mala Char Siew that has been marinated with 13 spices, however I would have preferred for it to be spicier and more numbing.
From 1 January to 5 February, Char Restaurants will be launching the CNY set menus and ala carte dishes to commemorate the new year.
