Ambience was nice - 7/10.
Food was not the best - expected better, but if you’re just ordering the normal ramens (~$20), I think it’s not too steep and worth a try. Overall - 6.5/10.
Price ranges from average $20 to $100++ for the mains - mostly differentiated by the quality of ingredients i suppose.
“Stupid cold ramen” ($68) - Came with uni, which was soft and creamy. Typical cold ramen. Flavours were decent. Supposedly their most popular dish there. Worth the try, but not particularly amazing.
“Miyazaki A5 Ichibo & Unagi Donabe” ($60+$2 for onset egg) - was quite good; great for sharing. A lot of rice but not much meat though. $60 might be a far stretch for the dish.
“Wagyu Corn” ($18) - just one corn sliced into 4 portions. This was another popular dish there. Corn was sweet and flavourful. For $18, it’s not anything fantastic, but if you like corn, i think it’s great!
“Tsukemen - Dipping ramen” ($14) - Great and worth the try! Soft and tender charcoal pork. Noodles were chewy and bouncy. This was great for the price!

Skewers ($10 for a stick, min. 2 of each)
We got 2xSambal Pork Skewers and 2x Boneless short ribs for sharing. The Sambal Pork was the better between the two we tried. Soft and tasty. Good for sharing! The boneless short ribs were too salty and fatty (not the good kind). For $10, I’d say steep and not worth.

Don’t bother getting the Aburi Ehire (Jap Stingray fin - $12) Taste just like dried cuttlefish you’d get at the market for a fraction of the price. It was recommended to us so we thought we’d give it a try… Not great.

Service looked quite short handed. Took a while to get our orders in. Plates were also left piling at our table.

Overall wouldn’t come again. The price is extremely not worth it. I think there are way better ramen stalls out there. Flavours were not exactly “wow!”.
