The Spaghetti Amatriciana with Burrata ($22) from Morettino is a good choice for those who can’t decide between tomato and cream-based pasta. The al dente spaghetti is cooked with chopped bacon in roman tomato sauce and topped with sheep cheese and creamy Burrata (fresh milk cheese made from mozzarella and cream).
