Eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon & Avocado ($14.90) from @ClassifiedCafe - flawless poached egg, brilliant accompaniment of homemade hash brown, smoked salmon, avocado & well-executed hollandaise served in a tiny jar.
Eggs on Cloud ($14.90) Got me feeling like I'm walking in Cloud 9 ☁ The egg whites here were beat to a nice light, fluffy, sturdy peak, folded in with chives and mozzarella cheese – top with some oozy egg yolks nestled in & served with some toasted brioche along with some turkey bacon bits.
Situated in the heritage boutique hotel @TheSultanSG, @ClassifiedCafe serves a robust selection of halal Asian fusion (Italian & European) dishes that are hearty but also light on the wallet.
