Chili Pate Mee (RM32) at Agak-Agak is the rich man's chili pan mee. I say that, but secretly I'd like to eat it again because the flavours come together so well — creamy chicken pate with seasoned boiled egg and dry chili oil that has just enough spice to keep you going back at it.
