When it first arrived, I didn’t think I would have enjoyed it as much but I was convinced by it at the end. I’m not really your resident health nut but to me, this bowl is definitely something that I would recommend if you are on a healthy eating diet. The slab of salmon was being sous-vided before it’s being pan fried till a crispy skin, while the base is created with Kinmemai brown rice. The garnish includes some nori and shiso, and you will get a jug of bacon dashi green tea as the liquid agent to infuse everything together. When mixed, it creates a harmonious bowl that’s packed with flavours and texture.
