✨💛 So glad this flavour won over orange (even though CNY is approaching 😅) since I wasn’t a fan of the latter and yuzu had always been my favourite citrus fruit! Served with yuzu reduction sauce drizzled atop, admist the creamy, milky softserve came a tangy, citrusy flavour that was distinct, lingering and a refreshing one to the palate. The yuzu reduction sauce added a pleasant tinge of subtle sweetness to the softserve as well, with a thick, purée-like texture. On a side note, certainly looking forward to the launch of a seasonal yuzu parfait which supposed to be launched today but due to some issues, was delayed😥. But that’s okay, as good thing are worth waiting for 😌.
