Overall, these 2 cakes were really good and cheesy. Loved the difference in texture between the harder burnt part and the soft interior which was almost oozing. The original might get jelak, so best to share, although it is super cheesy and satisfying. The two-faced gave a good balance of matcha and cheese, making it less jelak.
